This year marks Workshop/APD’s 25^th anniversary – a momentous occasion for a practice that’s grown from a couple of friends with a dream to more than 100 Workshoppers- wildly talented architects, interior designers, product designers, and business development, marketing, content, and operations teams. Each day, we achieve more together than we ever dreamed possible when we founded the firm in 1999 from Matt Berman’s apartment. We’re looking forward to celebrating with you throughout 2024, as we look back at the projects, people, and places that shaped us, and forward to the endless possibilities ahead.

What’s new? We were honored to be named to the Elle Decor A-List, Interior Design Giants, Ocean Home Top Coastal Architects, the Surface List, and Mountain Living Top Architects. Among other accolades, Hospitality Design named the Workshop/APD-designed Faraway Marthas Vineyard one of 2023’s Best Hotel Openings.  We grew into new territory and verticals- including the spring launch of Workshop Collection, and an expanded branding offering.

We redoubled our commitment to collaboration, creativity, and learning with expanded initiatives for mentorship and women in leadership, a thriving book club, Wellness programs, and the 8^th season of our popular Music League. What’s next?
