Designed for an active, art and fun-loving family, our team dug deep (quite literally) to create a contextual Nantucket home that artfully conceals a high-design sport court, car showroom, home spa, fitness facilities, and much more.

Along with a dream team of collaborators including GC Reid Builders, Landscape designer Miroslava Ahern LLC, Craft Engineering Studio, CES Engineering, and Clear Device audio visual, we designed a 4,000 square foot waterfront residence that also boasts 9,000 feet of sunlit, subterranean amenities.
