88 & 90 Lexington Avenue

Ideally located in the dynamic NoMad neighborhood, 88&90 Lex represents the architectural union of two buildings — one an Art Deco classic, the other a sleek and modern tower — combined for single living experience. Tasked with updating and unifying the two buildings inside and out, we also devised a double-height lobby, studio to four-bedroom residences and luxurious amenities.
