Asbury Park Mixed-Use Development

Our vision for Asbury Park’s former Barry Slott Building honors the original neoclassical structure, with an inset addition echoing and building upon its existing architectural language. In the proposed mixed-use development, fluted columns and distinctive arched windows give way to a three-story glass structure with vertical louvers that also provide privacy and reduce western and southeastern exposure and sun gain, creating a stylish setting for  a lower level culinary experience and modern rental apartments in the historic downtown neighborhood.
