Straight Wharf Fish

Workshop/APD was tapped to design Straight Wharf Fish, the laid-back younger sibling to Nantucket fine dining institution Straight Wharf. For the existing building, an exterior update and gut interior renovation transformed the space into a fresh, white oak-clad New England clam shack with modern sensibilities. Our team oversaw a coordinated kitchen equipment upgrade, and furnished the restaurant in warm, coastal tones and simple, quaker-inspired forms. Workshop/APD rounded out the holistic design process with bespoke branding, including logos, menus, web design, merchandise and signage – all designed through the conceptual lens developed in concert with the architecture and design team.
