Downtown Penthouse Duplex

At one of downtown Manhattan’s most exclusive addresses, Workshop/APD was tasked with the renovation and decoration of a sky-high penthouse duplex for repeat clients committed to creating a fashionable, art-filled, and family-friendly primary residence. To soften the edges of the developer-delivered apartment, Workshop/APD brought soft curves, luxurious plaster finishes, and a bright, harmonious material palette to the interior architecture, layering upon the client’s predilection for neutrals with a range of deeper, warmer hues and dramatic tone-on-tone décor.
